Is this only canned olives? can I go to the olive bar in my grocery store and get olives in oil? or only certain ones? kalmata? also I read all your replies on coconut/milk/oil but still could not decipher if I could or could not consume them in some fashion.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3087163222777133743.post-46579649651359587612010-03-25T12:25:42.703-06:002010-03-25T12:25:42.703-06:00In response to your questions, I would doubt a pro...In response to your questions, I would doubt a processed bread still made from other cereal grains would be considered "paleo." You are just trading one cereal grain for another. I would suggest instead looking into paleo bread recipes online that use nut flours as their base. While still containing some processed ingredients, you can probably digest them better and still enjoy that fresh bread or toast indulgence every once in awhile. Paleo baking isn't exactly strict paleo, but it is closer than consumer baked goods. ...I also would appreciate a comment from the team.

This organic flourless bread is from Eziekel Bakery and a slice with fruit puree, almond butter, sliced turkey, roast beef, etc. is terrific. It is, however made from sprouts and I use it with caution.

I am rather new to Paleo...it keeps me from "falling off the wagon" when I'm still craving bread or toast! (And still the fat is rolling off!!! <:o)PJ Livingstonnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3087163222777133743.post-71391377096847090052010-01-10T12:27:39.270-07:002010-01-10T12:27:39.270-07:00There is an organic bread sold in the USA that is ...There is an organic bread sold in the USA that is 100% flourless. It is made from organic sprouts and is quite delicious. How would this be rated in the context of this diet? Thank You.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
